02 / EMBEDDED RECRUITER
Multi-hire build-out

When you are hiring 5–25 people in a quarter. We embed a recruiter (Kyiv- or London-based, your choice) into your team, working from your ATS at a fixed monthly fee.

Typical: scaling drone manufacturers, software platforms, prime sub-contractors.

Founders, board, advisory

Discreet executive search and board introductions. We have placed founders, technical co-founders and non-exec directors into UK and Ukrainian defence-tech companies.

Retained search
20–25% of first-year compensation, billed in three milestones. Replacement guarantee within 90 days.
Embedded recruiter
Monthly fixed fee from £6,000 / €7,000. Two-month minimum, then rolling notice.
Consultancy
Day-rate or fixed-scope projects. Day-rate from £1,200; fixed engagements from £15,000.
